Transportation

1. Transport will be provided to all Directors and the Heads of the Autonomous Bodies from the Airport, if they inform us by January 25, 2014 about their arrival plan.
2. Young Scientists' attending the Meet, are requested to hire a Prepaid taxi or Airport taxi and follow the direction given in reach the Centre.

Accomodation

1. All Directors and the Heads of Autonomous Bodies will be accomodated either in the Guest House of the Centre (Bhagirathi) or in Hotel Sonnet located at Salt Lake near City Centre.
2. All Young Scientists' who are coming from outside Kolkata will be accomodated in Guest House of the Centre (Bhagirathi).
