Getting Help – Param Rudra Support

For any technical issues related to Param Rudra, please use our ticketing system, which allows us to efficiently track and resolve your concerns. Follow the steps below to create a support ticket, which will be addressed by the Yukti Support team. Tickets will be closed once the issue is fully resolved. You may submit a new ticket for any new or unresolved issues.

Steps to Create a New Ticket


1.Visit https://paramrudra.bose.res.in/support/login.php.
2.Log in using your Param Rudra username and password.
3.Choose the appropriate help topic from the drop-down list and select Create Ticket.
4.Fill in the required details describing your issue, then click Create Ticket.

Once your ticket is created, you will receive an acknowledgement email containing your ticket number and details. If you encounter any issues accessing Param Rudra Support, please contact us at paramrudra@bose.res.in
