To ensure uniformity, standardization, and the authenticity of content published on the official website, all contributions must be submitted by the authorized Content Managers from the respective Groups/Divisions of the S. N. Bose National Centre for Basic Sciences (SNBNCBS). The content, along with relevant metadata and keywords, must be prepared consistently to maintain quality and compliance. Officers contributing content are responsible for thoroughly verifying its accuracy, authenticity, and timeliness before submission to the Web Information Manager (WIM).
Prior to submitting new or revised content to the WIM for publication, all officers/divisions must adhere to the prescribed workflow, which includes content contribution, moderation, and approval. The content lifecycle on the portal encompasses the following stages: creation, modification, approval, moderation, publishing, expiry, and archival. Once submitted, the content undergoes mandatory approval and moderation by designated authorities before being published. SNBNCBS has assigned specific Moderators and Approvers for each content category to ensure proper oversight and compliance with institutional guidelines.
