Important Note:
- Acceptance: The selected candidates willing to join the Summer Research Project 2026 programme must confirm their acceptance through the online Google Form (https://forms.gle/tNxpGEeSsTV3gPqK7) as well as information regarding probable joining date via email on or before 20/04/2026. If any selected student does not give acceptance within the due date, his/her selection for the Summer Research Programme 2026 will be cancelled.
- Joining Procedure: On the first date of joining, the student has to report at the office of the Academic & Students Programme Section (Room no. 502, 4 th floor, Basundhara building) for joining formalities. If any selected candidate fails to join latest by 15/05/2026, his/her candidature for the Summer Research Programme 2026 will be cancelled.
- Hostel Accommodation: Outstation candidates willing to avail the hostel facility (on payment basis, currently Rs. 200 per day) may fill up the online Google Form (https://forms.gle/4ynnbReuA62D5RmX6) in advance. If rooms are available, confirmation of the allotment will be given to the applicant on first come first serve basis.
- Project Report Submission: By the last week of tenure or end of project work, whichever is earlier, the student must submit complete project report in hardcopy as well as soft copy to the Academic & Students Programme section.
- Project Presentation: A presentation on the project work by the student will be scheduled at an early date at the end of the project tenure.
- Award of Certificate and Release of Stipend: On successful completion (Report submission + Project Presentation) of project work, certificate will be given to all which will be followed by release of stipend for the student funded by SNBNCBS.
