The Centre is having a Contributory Medical Scheme (CMS) duly approved by the Department of Science & Technology, Government of India and guided by the Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) rates for its employees and students. To strengthen the scheme and facilitate standard medical treatment, the Centre has tie-up programme as per CGHS approved rates on credit/no credit basis with the following Hospitals.

Event :

  • A “Free Special Cardiac Clinic and Health Talk” was organized at the Centre by Desun Hospital, Kolkata on 9th May 2023. Various test parameters like Blood Pressure check, Blood Sugar check, ECG, Echocardiography and Doctor’s consultation were provided to the Centre's Staff and students. The Clinic was followed by a Cardiac Health and Lifestyle Awareness Talk by Dr. Saptarshi Bhattacharyya, In-Charge Critical Care Unit , Desun Hospital. The event was organized by the Medical Cell of the Centre and there were 118 participants.

  • OPD investigations at CGHS rates on payment basis except outsourced investigations (20% discount on OPD investigations, which are not covered under CGHS). There will be no credit facility for the same.
  • In case of admission, the bill will be as per CGHS rates, except Gynae, Paediatric, ENT and transplant services. However, for the indoor treatment for the aforementioned disciplines (Gynae, Paediatric, ENT and Transplant services) there will be a discount of 20% over the existing charges.
